label1

TalentBeacon can own the entire recruitment execution for a department, division, business unit or geographic region on behalf of an organization. This can also be in concert with a company's current staffing organization as a supplemental resource.

label2

TalentBeacon can focus on a finite number of openings against a critical business initiative to get an organization through a particular mission critical staffing deliverable.

label3

TalentBeacon has extensive experience managing international vendors for both contract and full time positions. We maintain great relationships, built from years of partnering and executing with our partners in some of the most dynamic emerging and developed market cities. We have existing contracts and strong relationship (with actual working experience) with both large regional players as well as specialist niche agencies throughout APAC, EMEA, India, and North and South America.

label4

TalentBeacon uses the same methodology as traditional executive search companies (candidate assessments, formal position profiles and research) for executive leadership positions, while at this same time having an approach that emphasizes more urgency, consistency and timeliness in generating search results.

label9

Covering over 100 countries, TalentBeacon has the ability to help companies expand their operations to locations where they currently do not have a legal entity or expertise to manage payroll. We can also tie together your global contingent workforce recruitment and management, utilizing a global procurement and time and attendance tracking system, to give you better visibility and management across your contingent workforce spend. Pay registers, cost center and accounting reports can be in a consistent and consolidated format across all locations.

Most companies typically do not invest the time or energy to train managers on the skills required to assess talent appropriately during the interview process. The cost of a poor hiring can typically run from 2x to 5x an employee’s annual salary. TalentBeacon has experience delivering interview training to large numbers of corporate interviewers and hiring managers on a regional and international basis.

We can also review you current hiring practices so that they align with a company’s annual employee review process, so that the capabilities that a company is looking for from candidates during interview process, are ultimately the same factors that new employees will be measured by when they go through their annual review process.

label8

TalentBeacon can be a valued partner in assisting with the development of an organization’s internal recruitment department. Often companies that have outsourced either parts, or all, of their staffing function, will decide that for various reasons an in-house solution will make more sense longer term. However setting this up initially can be challenging, or transitioning from an outsourced agreement to an in-sourced model may require appropriate oversight to ensure that the transition happens as cleanly as possible and minimizes the impact to the current recruitment deliverable.

With our extensive network of regional and international recruiters and recruitment leaders we can also be helpful building a strong internal recruitment team.
