We custom design our process for each client through a comprehensive due diligence consultation.

Using that information and applying our best practices, we develop and implement a unique process that will target our mutually agreed upon goals. We then work collaboratively to optimize the process and establish measurements of success based on your unique business requirements.

 

Collaboration

Our team will review current recruiting methods and processes to understand financial, strategic, and operational targets, as well as customer satisfaction gaps and critical needs. We then work on an appropriate course of action to address current and future staffing requirements. A guiding principle of our solutions is highlighting the integration capability of the two organizations that are coming together to create a seamless "outsourced" or “insourced” process (where companies are building their own internal recruitment organization with the help of TalentBeacon).

calibration

Business partnerships are an iterative process. In our experience, recruiting execution needs to be constantly calibrated in order to ensure that business requirements are in line with recruiting execution. Constant feedback (metrics and qualitative measurement) is important to ensure execution aligns with expectations.

To be successful the introduction of new recruiters and managers, vendors, processes, activity tracking systems and reporting may require a coordinated change management effort. During implementation and transition, a dedicated TalentBeacon subject matter expert will partner with you to ensure that this is appropriately managed.

 

results

Customer satisfaction and agreed upon metrics need to be closely monitored to ensure appropriate results, as well as proper understanding of the message in the measurements (what does the data actually say). Our performance is rigorously monitored against performance milestones or Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, to support our partnership commitment and to drive continuous process improvement.
