Mark Anderson – President
Mark brings 25 years of diversified experience covering staffing, information technology and financial disciplines. He has extensive experience both as a corporate staffing leader and as an executive for some of the staffing industry’s most prominent outsourced recruitment companies. He has architected, built and managed large scale recruitment process outsourcing engagements and project based staffing initiatives, on behalf of companies like Cisco, Verizon, Westinghouse, MetLife, Hitachi Data Systems, Clearwire and Sprint.
Mark has also held corporate recruitment management roles (regional and global), for companies like MSCI Barra, DoubleClick, JP Morgan and Bell Atlantic.
Mark consults with clients on building up or modifying their current recruiting capabilities to meet both short term hiring targets as well as longer term staffing objectives. Topics of focus cover international talent pools and vendor management, retained search, key contributor/middle management recruiting, current recruiting technology, workforce planning, diversity recruiting, interview training and employee referral programs.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University and an MBA from Long Island University.
